Hello Erwin,
congratulations and thank you for QSO.

I confirm, that we have made the first ever QSO in ER on 4m band.
For now (28/07/2017) official permission to work on 4m band in ER zone have only three stations and beacon.
The only stations/callsigns which have a permission to work on 4m are ER1FF, ER1SS, ER1VS & ER1FOUR (beacon).
